The basics

Booking & service

Detailing runs 2.5 to 4.5 hours depending on vehicle size and package. Ceramic coatings take 4 to 8 hours because of the prep and curing time.
Yes — Smartwax Pro is mobile. We cover a 40-mile radius from Wareham, MA: most of southeastern Massachusetts and parts of Rhode Island, about 100 towns. The detail happens in your driveway.
If rain is in the forecast, we’ll call or text to reschedule at no charge. Ceramic coatings need dry conditions to cure; for detailing, light drizzle is usually fine — heavy rain means we pick a new day.
A deposit holds your slot — 10% on a detail, 20% on a ceramic coating — and the rest is due when the job is done. We take all major cards through Stripe.
Pricing follows your vehicle’s size and the package you choose. A Full Detail starts at $299 for a regular car; ceramic coatings start at $899. Start a booking and the assistant shows the exact number for your vehicle.
Every job is backed by a 100% money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy, you don’t pay. Chris puts his name behind every detail.
Coatings & care

Care & products

A liquid polymer that bonds to your paint and cures into a protective layer, guarding against UV and chemical stains and making washing dramatically easier. In the real world a coating lasts 3 to 7 years, depending on its grade and how it’s maintained. The warranty is a separate promise with a fixed term: we install three tiers — Express (3-year), Essential (5-year), and Enhanced (7-year, with a two-stage paint correction first).
Yes — coatings carry a manufacturer warranty: 3 years for Express, 5 for Essential and 7 for Enhanced, covering coating failure under normal conditions. That term is the guarantee, not the lifespan — a well-maintained coating routinely outlives it. As a certified Owner’s Pride installer, Chris registers every coating with Owner’s Pride, and there’s no paid annual inspection to keep it valid.
Leather needs conditioning every 6 to 12 months — especially in New England, where a cabin can swing from freezing to 140°F in the sun. The leather treatment restores the hide’s oils and adds a protective layer.
Yes, and we treat it differently: matte and satin finishes can’t be waxed, because wax adds gloss and ruins the look. We use matte-safe cleaners and a matte-specific sealant instead.
Pet hair weaves itself into carpet and fabric fibers. The pet-hair removal upgrade pulls it out with specialized tools; pairing it with the extractor deep-cleans the fibers afterward.
